Bayon Temple
Bayon is located at the center of Angkor Thom. It was built by King Jayavarman VII 1125 - 1215 AD. The faces on the temple were said to be the face of Jayavarman himself (who was a reincarnation of Buddha).
Entrance: US$ 40 (can be bought from Angkor Ticket Booth a few km north of Siem Reap)
The Angkor Thom is located around 7 km from town, you can reach there by a rental bike (around US$2 for a day) or tuk tuk (polish your bargain skill first). The temple is at the center, about 2 km north of south gate.
