Bangkok Travel Tips

Bangkok is huge but it’s not so difficult to sort it out.
Here’s some suggested itinerary:

Day of Shopping (and sightseeing)
Take a Bangkok Subway or Bangkok Skytrain and go to Siam sky train station, you can find the Siam Paragon and Siam Center, then walk towards the Chitlom Skytrain station on the skyway, get your lunch at Central World Plaza, and pay tribute to the Erawan Shrine, you may also want to window shop at Gaysom and Amarin Plaza before you reach the Chitlom station, and then stop at Phloenchit station, walk to Nai Lert Park hotel to pay a visit to the Lingham Shrine. After that, take a tuk tuk or walk 2km to Pantip Plaza for all you can eat computer and electronic shopping. Then take the Sky Train from Ratchathewi back to National Stadium to visit the master of all malls-- MBK (Mahboonkrong) (visit here last because it’s big and it opens late).

half a day
Even when you are waiting for train to Kanachaburi, you can still pay a visit to Siriraj Medical Museum which is within walking distant from Thonburi .
